Surrounded by tall mountains, our spectacular 20 acre Lake Catatoga affords a magnificent backdrop for a diversity of water-related activities.  A charmingly rustic boathouse and pavilion provides access for canoes and kayaks, as well as for swimming and fishing. Picnic tables and facilities for outdoor cooking are also located along the lakeshore to encourage gatherings of family and friends. Catatoga also offers exclusive access to Catatoga Falls and Indian Creek Falls—two of the most beautiful and pristine in the North Carolina Mountains.  Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy catching trout, bass and bream in the lake, as well as additional opportunities for trophy brook trout on Indian Creek above the lake.
